These packets are designed to be printed front & back to help conserve paper, except Preschool and VPK packages (PS & VPK one side only), fill out all sheets and bring the forms in with your signatures. Elementary and Secondary school will be online only through our system FACTS. Registration fee and Documents* also needed at time of registration. Thank you.
